Director
Age 45 became a Director of the Company on March 1, 2007. Mr. Wohlrab is the Chairman of the Governance and Nomination Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee.
Mr. Wohlrab has spent the last 24 years analysing and valuing companies along with a variety of other investment products, assessing their risk profile for his institutional and private clients as well as for his own portfolio.
Mr. Wohlrab has gained this experience in Investment Banking at Wood Gundy (Canadian investment bank), Paine Webber (US investment bank) and UBS (Swiss bank) where he advised his institutional and private clients as to the investment eligibility of single companies as well as investment products such as structured products and funds. Secondly at NASDAQ and Easdaq Stock Markets running both European and Middle Eastern sales, marketing and research Teams (100+ people), where his team advised eligible companies on how they might be received by the investment community taking into account factors such as valuation, risk, market segment and competition and thirdly as Corporate Investment Counsel, Mr. Wohlrab has advised management on strategic company decisions and has personally invested in a number of these companies where he is also a board member.
Mr. Wohlrab was schooled in Rome until the age of 13 when he went to Stonyhurst college in England and onto Devon University where he graduated with an Honours degree in geology and mathematics. Mr. Wohlrab speaks fluent French German Italian and English to business level.
