MAM solidifies senior management team
Michael G. Jamieson and Charles F. Trapp reaffirm their commitment to MAM Software Group Inc. by signing new three-year contracts

Jamieson has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer - a role he has held on an interim basis since February 2010 - and Charles F. Trapp is to continue in his capacity as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The employment agreements, which run for an initial term of three years, became effective as of July 1, 2010.
